i find it funny that everything has a price these days- well not really, tis the sad state of the world. the reno of mcCarren pool in hipster heaven is up fpr philanthropic bids! for a mere few million bucks you can have your name on a plaque or other tiny places hidden around the pool when it opens in 2011. article from curbed here:
