the eakend (eat+weekend)

being hung ova from thursday nights festivities i ate alll day as i am always ravenous when hung over. bfast bacon egg cheese sandwich, chips, and some soup. then i had to stop at my favorite (fast food) place in the world which i have not had in a year or so! that's just how hung-o over i was. i did dissapoint myself as i only ordered 2 items (rare) anyone who knows me will know the spot but i am ashamed to say where.... 

friday night was an amazing dinner party for james (the big 3-0) hosted by his moms in the city. they have a GREAT apt! homemade filet and lobster.

then it was off to dance at aspen social club 157 w 47th street near 7th ave 212.221.7200 (in the stay hotel on 47th street) MUY young crowd (and the half nekked chicks didn't make me feel too good about being 30 soon :( really cool space though!

saturday it was to the beach and a stop at the west end coffee shop 1042 west beach st 516.432.7131 for egg whites, sausage and bacon w a side of toast and a slice o cheese (i don't play on my weekend brunches). then to play (lay) on beach. then we ate at the whale tale for lunch (never eat here!) bleck. i had a burger and fries (that were still frozen) and i demanded onion rings for the table (those were ok). i am not even giving you the address-- i would have rather eaten actual whale tail!

the boys demanded to see terminator (salvation) and were all pissed that it sucked (hmmm- someone wanted to see UP the new pixar flick) suckers! i was the only one that ended up thinking the terminator flick was ok -prob bc whoever played the new bad ass (besides christian bale) is amazingly yum! see random pic by my dinner plate. i ate popcorn, twizzlers and soda then after the movie i made m stop for ralphs ices :)

sunday i played at the park w kate and liz and then went to peggys baby shower where lara came complete with TONS of food and a martha stewart (aka lara b) made baby carriage made of fruit! there was also homemade choc covered pretzel sticks, whipped mousse nilla wafer cookie sandwiches and more- i could go on for days and i ate for hours! oh- how could i forget the cake! complete with a chick pushin out a baby! yaozer! takes the term baby cakes to a whole diff level.
