its the holidays again... sometimes i love em, sometimes i don't. BUT this year...

i am FINALLY going on vaca!!! OVER NEW YEARS to boot. A'hoy mateys see ya on the high seas! i cannot WAIT

in other news, speak of holiday stuff - our office holiday party was pretty rad. Norman Reedus showed up - had to keep my cool and thankfully i was in the back row at Lincoln Center or he'd have heard me freaking my tits off. For those that don't watch The Walking Dead on AMC - he's the badass w the crossbow (and you're dumb).

dear diary, i am a lucky gal.

i had such an amazing birthday weekend and have such an amazing guy that i'm not sure i deserve it all (maaaaybe :) but for realz every girl cant be this lucky!!!

for fear of making my whopping 3 readers barf, i'll just give a taste of the weekend:

+ Chimeny Hill Estates B&B getaway in an amazing cozy room w fireplace and 1 million thread count sheets
+ mini red velvet and NUTELLA b day cake and YELLOW ROSES waiting in the room for me
+ alpacas on the property to play with and feed!!!!!!!!!!
+ lunch at the best mexican spot in town (researched and noted bc Mexican is the BEST and my fav)
+ horseback rides
+ dinners (one w a surprise visit from the Cips) and one a super OLD classic Inn from the 1800's where i had literally the best filet of life

i have the best man on the planet. the end.

dear waffle and wolf, how do i love thee? i cant even begin to put it to words....

i RARELY blog these days, too busy and important. i need to make it a part of the AM routine again!

i NEED to write about the "waffle" i had this past weekend. twasn't just a waffle. this was a giant taco-like waffle shell filled with banana cream pudding and fresh whipped cream sprinkled with chocolate bites. i have no other words, i can only tell you i have dreampt about said waffle since Saturday each day this week. they also have savory waffle's and i will try ANYTHING this place has on the menu. (will report back).
