TEA TUESADY

drinks, dj's, circus, table dancin...

it was an eventful and fun weekend! friday kate and i saw chris' play and it was rad. PILO FAMILY CIRCUS may be coming to a theater near you. we finished the evening w a stop at WESTWAY where it was a b day celebration for mr guzman and there ended up being old fashioned banquest dancing and vodka flowing under the dj's booth. then it was on to the 40/40 club w chris and team via a limo ride where we pimped the club for all of 2o min before chris and i called it a night and departed (my credit card and ID were left at the club :(

saturday i met liz and russ and chris and cast after the finale show! we dined and drank at the Italian spot right next to the play which i now LOVE. they take care of us! CHECK IT 
then off to KATE's OLYMPIC THEMED b day in the les. tons of fun and drinks. i ended up at mcdonalds alone and passed out at home. no more than that needs to be shared at this time :)

sunday brunch w friends was conducted at TACO CHULA (?) i opposed at first but their bloody marys and food are pretty darn good! check out my breakfast plate pic! the rest was lazy sunday time and the end. til next weekend where i have a surprise planed for my honey that i am kinda excited for.

recent water tower obsession

not sure what it is but i've been photo'ing water towers recently. i like em'. not sure why?

haven't ventured out onto the restaurant scene lately- usually stick w my standard and known spots. until now.  my staycation in williamsburg (KING AND GROVE) allowed me to work for a day by the pool and chillz as well as meet TEDDY the adorable weenine dog that occupies a shelf at a bedford bodega! in the last week or so i visited PT on bedford. when i tell you i wanted to write on my receipt "are angels in your kitchen"? i don't exaggerate. italian and organic/local ingridients and delish.

THE BEDFORD didn't let me down either. and, drum roll... i tried oysters there for the first time. they have a variety on the menu and the place is quaint, cute and i dig the decor.
