LOLA the most spoiled dog ever

this is lola she works at ammirati where her daddy owns the company. she has a custom made plexi glass bed w a nicer mattress than mine! had meetings and worked from thier posh union sq office yesterday but didn't get much done when lola came in the room.

bowery poetry club

rather than the usual lay around sunday i went to see cc's performance on the bowery. this nyc staple spot is cool and funky and i enjoyed doing somethin a little different on a sunday evening- even if it meant the whole audience got to see my man in his drawers! :)-

already miss the rents

mom and pop came in wed and i have been enjoying hangin! we had a blt prime night, a food hall @ the plaza night, and mom even came to brooklyn for mole! good times and i miss them so when they are not around! they are the best parents anyone could dream of having!

if you'll take a gander- that is the best "burger" i have ever gobbled down. its a perfectly cooked med well w cheese and pastrami. drooling at the thought. this made cc re consider eating beef is i am not mistaken! ;)

my goal in life

is to make my own and or immediately find a restaurant in nyc with FRUSHI. my co worker just showed me pics of his and now i HAVE TO HAVE MY OWN. he had it in chicago but i'll bet my bippie i can find it in ny. cutest idea and cutest looking plates ever! this is all made of fruit!

the rents come in town tomorrow!! couldn't be more stoked! and becca gave me a rad restaurant recco that i am going to be so proud of (from the looks of it). can't wait to take the fam out and have an obnoxious time like only the serkins know how! don't tell them but we are going to the FOOD HALL in the plaza hotel. any place called a food hall had me at hello. its a high end kind of cafeteria w fine food but you can sit and have table service which is most certainly what we'll do since i made a rsvp.

i day dream- a lot

my head is in the clouds! is it just cause it's a rainy gross monday that my brain won't work? literally > will. not. work. (and partly refuse to make it work).

the dilema

saw this flick last night, was aiight. i love jennifer connelly and vince v so it was easy to sit thru. nothing too stellar, quite a few funny scenes and one of the cutest and creative proposal scenes in a movie i have seen in a while. i won't spoil it for you, but of course i would be into any sort of food related proposal!

almost friday and today is a slow one in the stone! yay!

rooftop and summer shiz

can't wait for summer activities! this summer i will go to at least 2 rooftop films > super rad indie flicks shown on screen @ diff cool hipster venues.

i will also go to ps1 and can't wait to look at the lineup!

weekend tease

this weekend ended up being GREAT. granny managed to party til 4am+ w cc and crew @ good co on hope street which i forgot about and now will frequent regularly. nice back yard and the first friday of ev month is a dope hip hop dj!

saturday was road trip day w cc and mr b! a lovely time in PA w chris' lovely fam! and a lovely mansion of a house and yard that could be its own b and b. not to mention it contained 4 dogs, a cat and a bird! my head nearly exploded and i did NOT want to leave PA. please take a look at the pic above of all the pups in their lounge. amazing! a short trip was a tease but a refreshing time even if for only 24 hrs. :)
