went to music hall of williamsburg last night to see GZA do liquid swords- prb one of the best albums of all time, in 2012 w a live band... not so much. i'll be interested to see what other people say about the show, i wasn't impressed. was super pumped to hang w shav who happened to be in town. gaffey  her and i were all in attendance (it was like old RPM days). we also ate a display rice crispy treat that had been on the counter of a restaurant (san loco) for 2+ months. heed my drunken warning and do not make the same mistake. happy friday!

everyone i know should follow 'occupy bacon' on fabcebook. they are a riot and its refreshing to have amusing (ridiculous) posts to look fwd to. also their icon is pretty bad ass



this weekend we took a spontaneous road trip to a new spot upstate (or so we thought). we had actually been to the exact same town a few weeks prior to go to storm king arts center and didn't even realize it (until i saw the panera bread we ate at cuz mama dont forget a spot she's dined at). the vineyard we chose to visit was small and cute and was a scene on sunday boy! it was "the old friends" day from jersey- a group of 75+ yr olds that come each summer to visit the vineyard together and partake in the 4 hour 6 course meal ($42 a person! not so bad).
