food friends and summer fun

TRIX is a great restaurant on Bedford Ave in the heart of Williamsburg and not many people know about it. Good thing only 2 people read the blog or the secret would escape! They have a myriad of types of food - Mediterranean vibes, and a great brunch to boot (shhhhh). I think its the fact that the decor is so UNhhipster that snobs and freaks dont give it a chance -- all the better for me and my crew. http://www.trixnyc.com/

IN other news... upstate Bain b day weekend was a fun success. Our rental house was definitely rented a LOT by many folks, but i didnt mind the 'lived in' mildew-y vibe (for 2 nights at least) ;) and anywhere with a hot tub, movie theatre, sauna and glow sticks is fine with me! Happy 40th to MB

i don't keep up with ya like i used to. i tend to only document trips and vacay's but thats ok, you're now my online diary.

here's some fun i just had in nashville:

and in bitching about bklyn fashion - another one of my favs (Teddy's) is now dead to me. after a $14 burger that came with nothing (no fries, salad or even a pickle) and a $24 ($4 to add chicken and 4$ to add avocado!!?) i'm done.

had a feeling the new management would ruin it, but i gave it a shot....
